The in-depth know-how shows itself in a wide variety of hose components: Our raw and clean air hoses for the intake tract are particularly resistant to low pressure due to the internal wire spiral. The connection area, on the other hand, is wire-free, making it easy to install. MöllerWerke manufactures hoses and elbows for the intake tract in a wide range of connection diameters and offers the option of integrating connections for maintenance switches and crankcase ventilation. The production of rigid zones is also possible.
MöllerWerke hoses for the charge air area have been developed for hot and cold charge air. Pressure stabilization is possible due to external and internal wire rings. There are different connection types available, such as sleeve, V-clip or HENN-coupling. The hoses are resistant to temperatures of up to 240°C and can also withstand temperatures of 260°C for short periods. The special geometric shape of V-clamp hoses enables quick and safe installation and offers very high operational reliability, especially in the connection areas.
MöllerWerke also offers extruded coolant hoses for cooling the engine. The extruded hoses comply with DIN 73411 and are suitable for all common pressure applications. For higher to extreme pressure or temperature requirements, MöllerWerke also manufactures coolant hoses with a multi-layer fabric structure.
