Not many companies can look back on such a long history like Möller.
Dr Peter von Möller shares the extraordinary story of one of the oldest family businesses in Germany:
Theodor Möller laid the foundation for the company in Warstein, Sauerland, in 1730 when he began trading and processing copper. In 1762 Johann Theodor Möller acquired the area surrounding Kupferhammer in Bielefeld, today the headquarters of the MöllerGroup, which has since become a global player. His vision founded a company which is still open to new ideas to this day and is always questioning the status quo.
In 1937 the groundbreaking decision was made to begin processing the revolutionary material of plastic, which was new at that time. Since then, the company’s expertise in plastic has steadily grown both in production and the development of highly specialised customer-specific processes and solutions.
With openness and a determination to continue developing, we demonstrate our special skills in the implementation of unique requirements every day anew – all over the world.
