Already in 2023, we impressed the jury with our holistic, life-phase-oriented concept. The renewed certification confirms that we consistently advance our measures and set new standards.

New since 2023:
Extended flexibilization of working hours, introduction of an employee app, new health offerings (Sportnavi), as well as the design of modern, ergonomic workplaces, especially in the production area.
Our family-friendly measures are developed in close dialogue with our employees and are regularly reviewed and further improved. Their high acceptance is reflected in positive feedback, high utilization, and an almost 100% return rate after parental leave.
