All our sales employees are experienced engineers or technicians with proven expert knowledge of flexible moulded parts made from thermoplastics, elastomers and technical fabrics. Our customers appreciate the fact that our specialists get involved in the development of new products right from the first steps. One face to the customer: every one of our customers is looked after by their own personal customer service representative throughout the entire process – from the quotation and development of prototypes to serial production. We simply believe that the quality of our sales department is reflected in the quality of the customer's result. This is what we work towards. We have our own, ultra-modern research facilities at our disposal. We work with the latest CAD systems and innovative testing technology. And, if required, we develop optimised formulations for plastics in our laboratories for our own or customer-specific plastics and special requirements profiles.
One example of our typical combination of expert knowledge and innovative strength is the unique TAUCHPERFORM® unit developed by MöllerWerke and completed in 2012. This innovative alternative to injection moulding enables a fully automated, top-quality and highly economical dipping process for producing PVC parts. It is unique in the world.
In everything we do, we follow the Kaizen philosophy and method to ensure continuously improving processes. Looking at it this way, we also rediscover ourselves every day. We have even developed and optimised Kaizen for our special requirements. We include not only production, but all departments in our optimisation processes. At MöllerWerke, we call that: Total Syncro.
