  • TuLip® bumper

    TuLip® bumpers are used where single shock loads (e.g. emergency stop applications) and a high capacity has to be absorbed. In comparison to TecsPak® bumpers, the number of loads cycles is limited. These bumpers represent a very costefficient and competitive alternative to rubber buffers, parabolic springs etc. In addition, TuLip® bumpers have a significantly more compact design and a significantly lower weight.

  • Sliding bumper

    TecsPak® Sliding bumpers are used in press tools to serve to cushion the slide during both the closing and opening the tool. This reduces the impact energy, reduces vibrations and increases the service life of the slide. Slide bumpers are custom design variations of the TecPak® General Bumpers.

  • Lift bumper

    TecsPak® lift bumpers are used in press tools to cushion the impacts and reduce the vibration of lifting bars and others components during the closing and opening processes. The high load and energy capacity of TecsPak® reduces screw and bolt failures. They have been developed for continuous use in lifting components, but can also be used in a variety of other applications.

  • Downholder bumper

    TecsPak® downholder bumpers are installed in pressing tools and serve to cushion the downholder device when opening the tool. The high load and energy capacity prevents failure of screw and bolts. They have been developed for continuous use in downholder devices, but can also be used in a variety of other applications.

  • Special solution

    On request

    MoellerMiner develops and manufactures bumpers that are tailored to the needs and requirements of the customer. It does not matter whether it is limited or large production volumes. The range of services includes both individual components as well as complete system assemblies that are ready for installation. In order to minimize costs and lower development time, we review existing bumpers and pads to determine if they are acceptable or could be easily modified if necessary. MöllerMiner is known for extremely short development times, whereby fully functional prototypes can be used for customer validation.

  • E-Springs

    TecsPak® Elastomer springs (E-Springs) offer lower operating costs than standard steel springs of a comparable size. E-Springs are an affordable choice for energy management systems with excellent resistance to chemicals, oils and greases. They are particularly suitable where corrosion resistance is required. Superior durability reduces maintenance and increases productivity. The design flexibility ranges from light loads to high end loads. Applications can be found i. a. in the markets for industrial automation.

  • One hit bumper

    One hit bumpers absorb an extremely high amount of energy. With energy absorption efficiencies of over 90%, they approach the efficiencies of hydraulic dampers. They have a threaded base, which allows them to be easily mounted. One hit bumpers are intended for one-time loading and must be replaced afterwards.

  • Damping plugs

    TecsPak® damping plugs are used in press tools to cushion the downholder device when opening the tool. While TecsPak® downholder and lifting bumpers are loaded axially, TecsPak® damping plugs are loaded radially. They are usually installed on the side of the tool. The high load and energy capacity as well as their high elasticity prevents failure of screw and bolts. Their lifetime far exceeds damping plugs made of polyurethane, rubber and other materials. In addition, they can also be used in a variety of other applications.

  • Examples in use

    We produce complete suspension assemblies for applications such as for shipyard container cranes, underground and open pit mining vehicles, underground chain tensioners and coke breeze vehicles. Impact cushion bumpers and pads for applications in industries such as agriculture, Kelly Bar (Drilling Industry) and in assemblies such as nail guns, rifles, fitness equipment, baby carriages, car washes and medical applications. Additionally, we make pads for cushioning transformers during shipping. Also, there are many opportunities for our bumpers as emergency stops in lock gates and production automation. TecsPak® bumpers are also used on jetties and quay walls as well as for rammhammers etc.
