MoellerMiner develops and manufactures custom TecsPak® bumpers and springs that are tailor designed to meet the specific needs of the customer. It does not matter whether it is a suspension component or other cushioning application in the vehicle, such as a door hinge, flap or sliding door. We try to keep development times extremely short, even if it is a new development.

  • Compression bumper

TecsPak® compression bumpers serve to limit the stroke in the compression direction of the suspension. They can also function as an auxiliary spring. They have a soft progessive spring rate curve, are more compact than conventional compression bumpers and can be integrated into bellows or protective caps. They are also work quiet and are highly resilient to oils and greases. Temperature range: -45°C to + 90°C.

  • Rebound spring

In addition to bumpers, steel stop springs are often used.. MoellerMiner offers a real alternative with TecsPak® rebound springs. The TecsPak® springs are made using high performance elastomers that take higher loads and are still elastic, even when fully compressed, which reduces peak forces. Compared to steel springs they have a lower overall height with the same stroke, are significantly quieter and do not fail catastrophically. They also have a progressive spring rate curve, high solid height stability and very good oil resistance. Temperature range: -45°C to + 120°C.

  • Rebound bumper

Classic rebound bumpers serve to limit the stroke of the suspension in the extension direction. TecsPak® rebound bumpers can do more. They take significantly higher loads than all conventional materials such as rubber, nylon or steel springs. TecsPak® rebound bumpers are unbreakable and also work extremely silently, which significantly increases driving comfort. They also "close the gap" between simple (short) bumper stops and long rebound springs. They can also be combined with a rebound steel spring. TecsPak® rebound bumpers have a progressive characteristic curve, high solid height stability, very good oil resistance and an application range: -45°C to + 120°C.
