An agricultural machine producer requires a connection between the intake pipe and the turbo charger. The customer forwards details about how the engine is fitted and what surrounds it. The technical requirements include pressure, temperature, and the expected movement requirements.
Approach.
MöllerWerke checks the parameters and in particular, the existing interfering contours. A suitable product process is selected. An elbow is designed and offered to the customer.
Implementation.
The customer places the order. The elbow tool is used in a CNC-controlled drawing machine and is first produced as a prototype.
Result.
Once the customer has tested and approved the prototype, production begins, followed by delivery of the series.
